Hi Friend!

I’ve spent the last 15+ years working with leaders, traveling the world and building business. One thing I’ve learned is that when women step up into leadership, things get good. This isn't just anecdotal—there’s data to back it up.

A McKinsey report found that companies with the highest gender diversity on executive teams were 25% more likely to experience above-average profitability. Companies with women in leadership roles also enjoy higher employee engagement and lower turnover rates. These are just a few of many data points highlighting the benefits of women's leadership.

However, the reality is that only 8.2% of Fortune 500 companies are led by women. Despite women-owned businesses making up 39% of all privately held firms and employing 9.4 million workers in the US alone, women still receive only 2.2% of global venture capital funding. Globally, pay inequality persists, with women earning just 77 cents for every dollar men earn.

I believe we need more women in leadership at every level and in every industry.

That's why I'm launching the Piccadilly Creative Collective—a hub for creativity, collaboration, and cause — where women can be inspired, build together and collectively impact the world.

Because when women come together, anything is possible.

The Piccadilly Creative Collective is a space for women to challenge and learn from each other so that we can grow beyond limitations. A place to find belonging, strength and friendship while building things of value. A home base from which to tackle some of the injustices and challenges facing our world today.

I won’t pretend to have all the answers for how and truly can’t imagine all that’s possible. At the same time I feel challenged to start with what is in my hand right now. So that’s what I’m doing.

This is a starting point, not without its imperfections, but a step toward a meaningful change.
